ART
Melbourne-based artist, Anisa Sharif, captivated audiences with her
luminous mosaic 'I am Transformed' at the recent annual ICV exhibition You
Am I. Anisa was one of 30 Australian Muslim artists to showcase their work to
the more than 24,000 visitors that attend the Hume Global Learning Centre
in Broadmeadows each month. You Am I also featured the stunning
installation 'Rumiyat By Heart', by the highly acclaimed Canberra-based
artist, Fatima Killeen. Fatima's exquisitely detailed and beautifully alluring fine
art paintings, prints and installations often impart a compelling and
heartfelt social message through her mastery of the visual arts.
